So, Edith (on the left) was rescued on March 10th. An...interesting...man bought her from the pet store a few days previous and decided to return her. So, I gave her a new home rather than return her to pet store life.
So, on the 23rd, we noticed that Edith was looking a bit rounder than is normal.

...and on the 27th, it becomes clear why. Quite odd someone would buy a rat, introduce it to a male, then return it. But whatever, his loss.

So, five weeks from now and we'll have some youngsters (and Edith) available! Stay tuned.
