Even as an adult it’s a lot to get your head round
All the sections and sub sections & paragraphs…..confused before you even find what your looking for 😂
I believe children especially older children, should understand the situation they are in, they should have a understanding of the terms they may hear being thrown around & they should know their rights and what’s accessible to them….
These legislations\acts exist all over the world
I think a simplified easy to understand version and age friendly version should be made available to kids…. And for them to be made aware that it exists
After all knowledge is power
sometimes trying to read something that you can’t understand can become overwhelming so you don’t end up reading it
Making things more simple for kids to understand will give the kids some sense of control
